Grant opportunities & PSFS Multi-Use List

Grant opportunities are available, designed for students entering, returning, or continuing studies leading to a career in road building, road maintenance, or heavy construction and preference will be given to individuals of underrepresented groups in the industry.

PSFS’s Targeted Workforce Skills Training Program’s Multi-Use List (MULCFR-226950) is now live on BC Bid. This Multi-Use List will establish a pool of qualified suppliers that deliver skills training and workforce supports (Search By Opportunity ID 226950).

Organizations approved through this process will be pre-qualified to apply for Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills [PSFS] skills training contracts for the next five years. Pre-qualified suppliers will be notified about upcoming skills training procurements, including funding agreements to deliver new or expanded services. The initial intake deadline is May 5th, 2026, and the Multi-Use List will remain open for approximately 5 years.
