The Kitimat Concert Association is a registered non-profit performing arts presenter, dedicated to bringing high quality live performances to the citizens of Kitimat, British Columbia. They have been in continuous operation since the 1956-1957 concert season.

The Kitimat Concert Association goals are to:
-Provide exposure to high quality professional, musical, theatrical and choreographic performances which the residents of Kitimat, due to the distant location of Kitimat and its small population base, might otherwise not be able to enjoy.
-To present as many concerts in an annual series within the Association's operational budget and physical limitations.
-To fulfill demands of their audience as well as to challenge their audience to experience new performers / performance styles.
-To provide bursaries and scholarships in the performing arts, as and when it is appropriate and within their financial means.
-To provide an avenue for Canadian performers of high quality, both new and well-established, to showcase their talents.
