Delta King Place Housing Society is a non-profit organization formed in 2005 to fill a demand in the community for people whose needs fall between living independently and complex care.
Affordable Housing Includes: Rent for a private suite, Hydro, basic cable and two meals per day. Tenants have access to laundry facilities, recreational activities, housekeeping services, personal care services, and a 24-hour emergency response system.

Kiwanis Village is also managed by Delta King Place Housing Society. This is a 12 unit facility that provides affordable housing to seniors and people with disabilities, on a more independent level. Kiwanis Village does not include meals, housekeeping, personal care, or personal panic buttons. Tenants are offered community resources such as Home Support Services, Meals on Wheels and MLC activation programming so that they can fill those needs independently.
