Daudet Creek Contracting is a fully bonded, fully integrated, heavy civil general contractor based in the community of Kitimat and operating within the Kitimat, Smithers and Prince Rupert area.
They are a second generation, family-run company that initially began work in northwestern BC in the early 1970's as J. Oviatt Contracting Ltd., an excavation, pipe-laying and road building contractor. Daudet Creek Contracting Ltd. was established in 2002, initially to provide snow-clearing and hauling, complimenting the services offered by J. Oviatt Contracting.
Since 2002, Daudet Creek Contracting has grown from a single loader-for-hire to a fully bonded heavy construction company with operational assets of over $10 million and a full-service mechanical shop.
