President Trump has initiated a 25% on all Canadian imports, a move that will be damaging for the Canadian and provincial economy. The B.C. government estimates that in President Trump’s tariffs scenario, B.C. could see a cumulative loss of $69 billion in economic activity between 2025 and 2028.

The Kitimat Chamber of Commerce wants to hear from you about how these tariffs will impact your business. While it may be difficult to determine the exact impacts, we welcome any stories, concerns, or suggestions for how the Chamber can effectively advocate to help prepare for these tariffs.
