For those wishing to rent our boardroom or any of our equipment, please fill out one of the forms below and email it to members@kitimatchamber.ca. Please keep in mind that if someone else has an existing rental that overlaps with yours, we will contact you with a few options on how to proceed.
A damage deposit may be required and is decided on a case by case basis. (Example, if you rent our sound equipment or folding chairs with the intention to use for an outdoor event, we may require a damage deposit as there is a higher risk to our equipment.)
