About Us
LNG Canada is a joint venture of five global energy leaders—Shell, PETRONAS, Mitsubishi Corporation, PetroChina, and KOGAS—bringing decades of LNG expertise to Canada.
As the largest private-sector investment in Canadian history, LNG Canada is a long-life asset with a 40-year export license. Phase 1 includes two processing units (“trains”) with a combined capacity of 14 million tonnes per annum (mtpa).
Together with our partners, we are exploring a potential Phase 2 expansion that would deliver more lower-carbon LNG to global markets, support Canada’s ambition to be a top five LNG exporter and generate lasting benefits for B.C. communities and the Canadian economy.
Our guiding North Star is to safely and responsibly create and deliver value. We focus on safety, compliance, performance, and scale, while building a high-performance culture. Partnerships with governments, local communities, and First Nations are central to our success and will continue to shape our journey.
At LNG Canada, we hire for character and train for skill. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive workforce that reflects the communities where we live and work. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply—this is your chance to join a supportive, collaborative organization with bold ambition and help us build a thriving business.
