Foodsafe is a 9 hour course designed by the Ministry of Health along with the B.C. Restaurant and Food Services' Association. It is a must for all food service workers. This course provides instruction in the safe and sanitary handling, storage and preparation of food. A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of course. Includes WCB component.
