As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport and proactively following up with clients
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential new accounts
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and solutions
Prepare accurate quotations and provide technical product information
Skills & Abilities
Strong ability to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solution-focused approach
High sense of urgency and strong work ethic
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales
Industry knowledge in safety or construction consumables (preferred)
Experience with SAP systems (an asset, not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
